Applications
1. Hospitals and Rehab Clinics

Partnering with physiotherapists and orthopaedic doctors, our devices serve as an additional pair of hands to take over their repetitive tasks, specifically, Passive and Active Range of Motion Exercises. For example, in cases of paraplegic patients, some of the daily in-person sessions can be smartly replaced by our device, allowing the therapist to have online follow-ups and reporting. This also enables the possibility of remote healthcare with treatment taking place at the comfort of home, with or without a physiotherapist.
2. Fitness Centres and Home Based Gyms
Our technology can be further extended to fitness centres, replacing the ages-old weight-bearing machines for strengthening. Our first product, LowerLimb Intelligent Orthosis, can be used to work on all major muscle groups of the lower limb, including quadriceps, hamstrings and calves. We can simultaneously/separately stretch and strengthen each lower limb joint. Our software platform enables personalized healthcare, allowing fitness enthusiasts to connect their mobile to set up any of our machines globally and continue with their fitness plan.

3. Old age Homes and Bedridden Patients

Bedridden patients require round the clock care. With our technology, we can also have a multifold increase in the efficiency of caregivers. A single caregiver can set up our devices for multiple bedridden patients, customized to their needs, and simultaneously manage them through our software platform.
4. Software as a Service (SaaS)
As we monitor all our patient’s important parameters (range of motion, heart rate, strength, resistance etc.) for safety and documentation purposes, our goal is to build a comprehensive dataset. This will further enable us to build our own software platform for collaborating with other healthcare devices and companies. Institutions will be able to use this data to understand human biomechanics better. Machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms can be potentially used for developing predictive diagnostics and treatment plans.
